Privacy and Security of AI

Protecting customer data in an AI data center is of paramount importance due to the sensitive and often personal nature of the data processed and stored, which can include everything from financial records and medical information to proprietary business data and personal identifiers.  AI applications typically require large volumes of data to function effectively, increasing the potential impact of any security breach.  AI systems often make critical decisions based on the data they process, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of this data is crucial to maintaining trust and reliability in AI outputs.  Safeguarding customer data not only protects individuals' privacy and organizational assets but also upholds the ethical standards and legal obligations essential in today's digital age.

Privacy and security is an important principle to guide the development and use of AI technologies.  This means that AI algorithms need to protect customers data by exposing systems trained on private data only to groups selected by individual customers.

Pascaline™ Systems safeguards customer data in the following ways

  • Foundational models are pre-trained on large amounts of data independent from private collections
  • Users are offered a secure way to upload and store private data that utilizes the most advanced internet security protocols
  • User data will be manipulated by protected software
  • Data-center appliances employ integrated virtualization to scale performance, efficiency and data protection

Featuring Eco-conscious AI

The energy cost to AI in its current global state is far to high to sustain.  Companies and governments alike are weighted by their power demands.  Our design uses lower power to run  the same operations as our competitors boards.
